Cleaning Wide Whitewalls

Everytime I spray bleech white onto the whitewall and let it sit for a few and then scrub it with a brush...some light yellow/orange stains appear. They come off if I scrub and scrub, but I don't get why they don't appear before I spray the bleech white on...any help??? Thanks

SOS pads, they work awsome
get pinner whites and you wont have problems

don't wait too long, i just clean mine...and immediatly clean them off!!! i do one tire at a time!!!
