I painted a hood and after sanding it with 1000 then 2000 I color sanded using a wool pad
fallowing with a yellow foam pad. Now I am using system x one coumpound system. I have notice that some spots of the hood when looked at a side angle
I see a dull spot. When looked straight it looks fine. Now my question is sould I buff again with the wool then foam or just foam. Also what is the reason for this is it I am buffing it to dry, not enough speed on the buffer, not enough time one that spot. Any help or tips can help. Thanks guys.
