i am lookin to put 2 pairs of components in my truck and i was wondering what i should get.
i am looking for clean low end sound production, no distortion, and clean highs and i'm not really lookin to wire an amp to them and i don't wanna pay more than $160 per pair
what should i look for and what would you suggest i get?

componets may not sound their best if you do not use an amp

lower end components usually like 30 to 60 watts rms

higher end components usually like 65-100 watts rms

using using just radio power might yield 15- 40 watts rms, and probably as you get closer to the max 40 watts probably is a little distorted

that is true, but where did the "imaginary" extra 10watts come from?? (u wrote the 40 as if thats the highest Wattage an HU can produce when i am saying that's false, its around 30watts)

anywho, whats 10watts between audio heads... :puffin:

here is 60 watts a channel

no imagination

but the whole purpose is to help the guy wanting comonents

i just feel they won't sound to good with radio power only

and they are not cheap

i think coaxil will sound just as good with the radio power as the only source of power

to spend extra bread to get compnents you won't reap the benefit without amp

no biggie
