compressor question

how often should i drain out the water from ther tank usin that little tap thing at the bottom of the tank ? and should i release all the air out of it first ?

i do it every time i use it..but i drain out ALL the air.......i have a 60 gallon tank and i don't want it to rust :biggrin:
