Continential Kit install

I want to know if anyone has pics of how to mount on a 5th wheel on a caddy (81 coupe) with a wire wheel in it? I got one with a 13", I've cut the plastic on the kit and the back lip on the rim, but I'm stuck. I've heard that you might have to cut the bumper in order for the kit to be in the "LOCKED" or "CLOSED" position so the rim can fit. ANY PICS ???????
