1. Do you have to empty the tank

2. can you put the compresser in the spare tire compsrtment

3. how loud is the compresser

4. do they require less work then hydros

-for what?
2. can you put the compresser in the spare tire compsrtment
-you can put the compressors anywhere you want
3. how loud is the compresser
-depends where and how you mount them
4. do they require less work then hydros
-not sure
5. do you need batteries
-just the battery that runs your car will do unless you plan on running an oasis then you have to get more

they are alot less maintenance... no oils or multiple batteries to maintain...

what do you do to get started. when you go out to your car, do you turn the compresser on, fill the tank, turn it off hit the switches. or do you keep the compresser on and constantly fill while you hit the switches. 0r does the compresser turn it self on?

The compressor turns on when the pressure in the tank goes below a pre-set point on your pressure switch.
