i used to use dremel sanding discs (the small ones, not cutting wheels)..... the most recent one,i used a scalpel, and now, i dont want to go back... ;)

You could also use thread.Not as clean but it does the job.I also need help what is the best way to remove the spoiler off the regal?

Along with the #11 exacto, I recommend using some masking tape & line it up just outside your groove. It not only saves your ass from fixing gouges, but it actually helps my blind ass see the curves in the grooves better-- Try it mayn, I'm tellin y'all,for real...

Oh & work slowly w/o trying to carve deep to get it over with, take your time & you may end up with a perfect cut

dremel with a sanding drum is what i used. Take down the "meat" of the spoiler, then follow up with your paper. Don't forget to put the body line back down the middle.
