I have a fairly large dent in one of my doors.
It is about 8" long and about 4" high, not very deep though..
The problem is, it can be popped in and out by pushing it.. I think it might be called 'oil can'? haha. I can fill it, but wanted to tap it up.. And i'm not too sure where to start?

yeah, you can use the heat shrinking methods, or weld a stud in the lowest part, pop it out and hold it, and stress releif the crap out of it around the perimeter of the dent. dont be affraid to hit it hard.as or in between hammer hits, tug on the stud pretty good.if your lucky, (or an expert) you can get it to want to stay popped out
