I dunno if you can tell by the pic but here it is anyway

wet sand and polish 4 coats of clear is alot to work with and it will be cheaper for you too
yeah just like switchcraft said colorsand and buff, and with for coats of clear u can go with 1000 grit and move on up to 2000 grit. how much did u pay for it?
can't argue with a good cut and buff job
paid 1900 for it with a clifford 2 way alarm system that locks doors, pops trunk, rolls up windows, and pages me.plus 2 kicker comps, and fosgate amp.sunroof.power evrything .Only 10k on motor. glad I waited.

well started wet sanding with a 1500 .have 3m perfect it 111 rubbing compound and glazer.I have a polisher with variable speeds......A fool wanted 5 bills to cut and polish it....I was like f that I'll do it myself....any tips or tricks to a miror finish????I started but still gettin that orange peel look a lil scared to go down too far without knowing any hints would greatly be appreciated
ok if ur still getting the orange peel look u need to sand more, u sayed it has four coats of clear u will be fine just watch out for the edges some guys like to tape some of the sharp edges, but when u sand dry it off and look and the surface it all needs to look dull no shine, if it does u need to sand more also dont sand in a circular motion.. good luck yeah its along process but well worth it in the end.. ;)
thanks for all the help guys .....I got through the first time and it all has an orange peel look .I am a lil anxious to get it done but it's definately worth the wait............Ihave no more dirt in the clear.....now just to gettin it mirrored  thanx so much fellas....One more question I've been doin all this by hand....should I use a block ,or can I use a sanding machine :dunno:
i would not use a sanding machine just wetsand and wheel.3m has a polish system that is one step just finish wetsanding with 2500 and wheel it with a woolpad and then with a foam pad but its all the same polish.3m number is finesse-it purple polish,#51056
