Several things could be the problem. The dump cartridge for the front left could be stuck open. Two possibe causes that I know of could cause this to happen. 1 of which being debris (dirt) preventing the cartridge from closing. (Remove the cartridge and blow it out with an air compressor and clean it with brake parts cleaner) 2. A wiring problem which is allowing voltage to be constant. (use a volt meter and make sure there is no voltage reaching the dump coil when the dump switch is not activated) Another problem could be the check valve that is going to the left front could be damaged (or in some cases installed backwards) Make sure that when fluid travels into the check valve that the ball is facing towards the source of the fluid. (a good way to remember this is "BALL FACING THE PUMP BLOCK PRESSURE PORT" if you close your slow down valve all the way and that side still drops the problem is with your dump if it stays up it is your dump
