You guy's talk about adex, squares, italians for hopping
what's the difference between these dumps and the
delta ones that come with a kit don't they all do the same thing
dump the oil back in the tank. I know this might be a stupid
question but I don't know my ride has delta's and I don't
have to many problems with them besides a o-ring here and there.

For the most part, Delta-type dumps are just as good as the others. The problem is that the internal cartridge (and sometimes the bodies) can't handle some of the serious back-pressure that's applied to them when doing major hopping. It's almost like having a garden hose hooked up to a fire extinguisher. It will work, but it's not the best thing to use in that particular application.

But don't get me wrong... I love 'em. I've been using the same 8 Delta's for the past 12 years. No problems with them yet. Just change the o-rings every 18 months. ...But I'm not a hopper either.

It has been known to gain inches by changing only the dumps to adex dumps....

You'll get more flow with an adex compared to a delta, of course you can always plumb out the dump on the pressure side... and then t off back through the dump... people even do that with adexs, just plug of the port...

Yeah I guess that is confusing...

From the pump, run the line after the check valve to the cylinder, then t-off from that line and install your dump, plug off the pressure port in the dump......

that way you can not be restricted on pressure and still dump....

i think he means running a strait hose from pump to cylinder and "t" the line and put the dump on the "t" and block off one side

so insted of fluid going through the dump then to cylinder

it will go strait to cylinder and the dump will be out of the way
