To me it is worth it. Any little bit of extra protection is worth it. Better safe than sorry.. Plus I can't say it doesn't work b/c I've never had my quarters to crease, so it must work. However, I have seen quarters creased that didn't do it.
good points.... i think i will do it.
 gonna do mine!!!
if u start out with a good solid frame and reinforce that u should have to worry about it if ur doing a bucket with shot body mounts then ur going to have problems...also it depend on how many batteries ur running i wouldnt worry about buckling if u have like 6 or 8 batts but like 10plus id think about it

He will be running 14 so he needs it. Plus there are fully wrapped frames out there that have buckled quarters and roofs. And one of them I know of is a World Champion hopper. No fiberglass on his car. ;)

exactly. I know people have done it and still buckle and people who have not done it and have no trouble so i dont want to waste my time and $$.

But yea i will have a FULL trunk
with all that work.....why not "reinforce" the quaters with some steel, i mean it would only have to be shaped and tacked on?
