fitting wirez on a 63 w skirts

I just bought a 63 rag and I need to know if I can put 13z or 14z reverse wires with the skirts on stock ride height. I will not be juicing the car. Any one know the answer before I buy the wheels?

14x6 reverse with 175/75r14
