but that wouldnt make any sense... its not when im braking or driving or turning or anything, its only when i hit a complete stop...
i noticed my driveshaft has been hitting something because its got marks on it now but wouldnt this cause this the floor to vibrate ALL the time??? why would it only be when i come to a stop... like as soon as i hit the gas again the vibrating stops...

Worn motor or transmission mount. Put the car in neutral when it's vibrating and see if it goes away. If so, it's a worn tranny mount. It smooths out when you hit the gas because the whole rotating assembly(torque converter included) evens itself out when it gets spinning. At lower rotational speeds the tranny mount is letting it move a little bit side to side.

yes in neutral it is not really vibrating much at all, if any... ok so how do i go about repairing this??? does the whole tranny have to come out? or is there something i can do temporarily??? like tighten it or something because it is a pretty violent vibration

nah man just loosen the tranny cross member jack the tranny up a lil bit remove the crossmember and replace the mount... the mount is between the crossmember and tranny... also check your converter to because if your exshuast is loose it will shake and hit the floor board... But them i guess you would hear a banging sound.....
