if your talking about some mad inches then yes indeed you can.

first off you would need a good 575 cft. or more of helium/nitrogen bottle w/a regulator at 400 or more psi

4 5 gallon tanks (faster fill time)

slam or conitech (4ply only) bags

1/2" or higher valves/lines/fittings etc.

and you should be flying in no time.

why definittly? must be a newbe.
cylinders for air will bend, they dont hold great pressure ither..the ones make for cars
