anyone else use these for disconnects?

I perfer the welders disconnects for the look but if these flow good current and are easier to pull, I may want to change!
Definitely not easier to pull, in my opinion. If you want to make your welder one easier, make sure to clean it thoroughly, as dirt likes to get caught in the female end and that makes it difficult to insert/remove.

I used to have a WARN "anderson" ground on my 64 and hated it, I perfer the ease of the welder type unless you are hard mounting the "anderson" for a show setup

Ive seen them burn up cause the connection wasnt tight enough for high power.

I use one for my stereo amps, so I can move them without taking the power cables off the amps.

I've seen those fuck up and weld themselves together on high powered setups. Also with those they car wear out after after bein disconnected/connected so much and they can disconnect themselves in a trunk over time.

You dont have to twist it to lock plus with the welding style discontnect you can tap your grond befor you actually lock it on i always do this as a saftey precaution incase for some odd resaon u got pinched wire a switch got broke locked on etc ur shit dont lock on
