....a frame off before. If you don't own a car and are working on your "show" bicycle please don't post any smart ass reply's

I painted my car before I decided to fully wrap the frame. I know its done all the time but how hard is it to get the already painted body off with out fucking up the paint and have to touch-up or re-paint the car. Any pointers or tips would be much appreciated.

A lift would be the ideal thing to have, less chances for error
 I'll be able to use the body shop i tow to. they have all the equipment there but i'll have to do the work myself. what's the best way to lift it off. should i use a four post lift and position the lift points in the four corners of the body at the seams? or use 4x4's under the belly? i would really hate to see the roof or quarters buckle because i lifted it wrong. :tears:

gather up some scrap carpet and cover anything that will come in contact with the body, would hate to see wood blocks chip paint off the pinch welds.

do you have a dolly or is the body going to sit where its pulled?

i'm probably going to try to switch it to the new frame the same day. before i tear it apart i want to completely finish the other frame and suspension. i can't tie up the lift at the shop that long.
