windshields are easy to cut, cut one side, flip it, cut the other, pour methanol alcohol on the laminate between the breaks, and let it eat. we do it all the time at work, i work for http://www.littleredtruck.comOriginally posted by NewFriendsCC@Aug 19 2005, 04:42 PM~3658397

the sides? NO the sides and rear back glass is tempered and is designed to shatter into small little kernals, rather than a windshield that is 2 layers of glass with a lamination in between to hold them together, thats why your winshiled can get cracks and chips, but the doors and rear glass can only shatter. its so in a wreck you dont have large shards comming at you and making huge puncture wounds...for safteyOriginally posted by biggeazy-e@Aug 21 2005, 08:31 AM~3664877
