I have a 92 cavalier, I'm assuming its going to be pretty much the same. Mine has two blinker switches. One is in the fuse box, which controls the hazard lights and the actual turn signal blinker is buried underneath the dash right next to the stering column. It's not fun to get to, but definately not impossible. Took me about 15 minutes to replace it and 10 of that was finding the thing.
