I cant seem to get my car to lift evenly I have a 10 switch box so the switch to lift the whole car it will lift the front faster then the back even after charging the batteries yesterday i switched from 48 volts down to 36 because i plan on changing to a 3 pump setup just wanted to see how it would work but even before changing voltage it would still do it can someone help me out

how many pumps and what size heads and cylinders do you have

u might have a different gear in the back pump verses the front pump. the back lines are shorter than the fronts so ur back pump should be picking up faster.

The back is lighter than the front. So, it will lift faster no matter what. Unless you play around with the size of your plumbing on the front pump to reduce any flow restrictions. Lowering the voltage on the rear pump should help also. Bleed the lines to the front for a quicker response to the switch .Add air pressure to the front pump and not the rear. Those are the low cost quick fixes that I can think of.
