CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME OPINIONS?
I HAVE A 69 BIG BODY OLDSMOBILE. IT ONLY HAS 2 PUMPS 4 BATTERIES, WITH COIL OVER IN REAR, HYME JOINTS AND HALF STACK OF 2 TON COILS WITH 8" CYLINDERS.
I WANT TO GO ABOUT 2 INCHES LOWER I AM HAPPY WITH THE HEIGHT I HAVE NOW.
I AM THINKING OF PUTTING ON 10" CYLINDERS AND CUTTING ONE COIL OFF SPRING.
WILL THIS DO IT? SHOULD I ONLY TAKE OFF HALF A COIL? ALSO I GOT LESS THAN 200 MILES ON THE SET-UP WILL MY SPRINGS BREAK IN LOWER? I DIDN'T THINK THEY WOULD SINCE I DONT HAVE MUCH IN THE BACK. HELP ME PLEASE! :uh:

Well i must say be safe then sorry. I would throw that 10inch in the rear and cut a half turn off and see what it gives you. And springs usually compress themselves no matter how long you been riding.

u can go as low as u want, its just metal, if u plan on keeping springs dont cut them down to much or theyll be worthless. save urself the trouble and drop it to the ground with no springs and sum accums
