charge the batts fully and load test them then try again if it just clicks after you charge the batts then it could be a fuked sol or dead motors

ey q-vo gente this my first time on here and my first time owning a lowider with hydros.i just baught this 63 impala with 4 wicked pumps 8 batteries 10 switches about two weeks ago in iowa and the guy i got the car from had it in his warehouse for about a year.we raised it up and then when i got to nc i droped it but now it wont go up it sort of moves up but then it just sound like when you try to crank up a car with a dead battery a bunch of ticking .but this ride has a built in charger for the batteries . any ideas besides battery?would be helpful

nahim not in iowa and aint going any time soon them huras are racist or something cause when i went to pick up my suegro rented me a f 250 in north carolina (where im from) and when i loaded up the 63 i didnt kno how to drop it from the back so i was driving down the highway in des moines with the ass all raised up on the auto transport. and about 55 miles an hour the trailer started fishtailin like fuk in the middle of the highway with my ruca and my one year old son so i was like fuk all these drivers im take it slow about 45 miles an hour laterin iowa city this fuk trooper turned back around from the opposite hiighway i was like oh shit (they dont have this shit in the middle of the highway to where they can turn around ) any way he put his light on and i wasnt nerves i mean i was straight i had my license > he came up on the passangerside " ( so where you get that car you gonna restore it or what i said its allready restored im just taking it back home" he was like why u driving 35 miles an hour i said i was not driving 35 - i was driving 45 -50 and he said you cant drive this thing in the highway you gotta take the backroads i was like what ?and he said you heard me and let me see both your drivers license so he said ima give you a warning and when he came back he said sir im need you to step outta the vehicle so i got out and he was are you in a gang he searched me for guns and drugs and he impounded the truk and took us to a hotel and left me with the trailer and the chevy on it and my suegros had to drive from north carolina to get the truk out and driving the truk back catching the snow blizzard it was hell yo. and the cop was like ima cut u a break and not arrest you cause i wasnt the authorized driver in my head i was like man THIS FUKN BULLSHT!!!!!!!!! AND THIS COP FUKED UP ALL MY PLANS but simon loco them pigs crazy i had gotten arrested amonth ago for calling them fuking pigs i guess i have bad luk with them puercos im sure some one in here has a fuked up story bout them$$
