We started negotiated about the price. Every time i pmed him, he wrote back. He told me that the mailing would be slow around the holidays, n i told him i wasnt tripping. Told him to take the rim out, so the shipping would be cheaper. When i made the payment, he hasnt responded since, but i see he still loggs on and answer other peoples comments, still trying to sell stuff. If anybody can help me out, please let me know!

No response for me would = paypal claim and calling credit card company and tell them non-delivery of item(instant refund on your card). If you didn't use paypal, then good luck.
