1)check to make sure the rca's on the HU are in the sub out or rear out and connected to your input on your amplifier...

2)make sure that you have your amp's filter set on low pass.

3)adjust the low pass cross over to your liking, (the last set up i had i think i had the cross over set around 40hz)..
