just want to make sure they will clear the skirts, looks like they will but i know someone will let me know if im right or not. i know 14x7 rev chinas rub so thats why im worried

I personally think that is way too low of an offset -54 thats low boss!
The stock wheels are like a +10 so if you want a deep dish and don't wanna rub stay between +10 and -10 at the lowest. Most companies still have a large dish even with a +10 offset.

Plus summit racing on ebay has a 90 day return policy so if you need to trial and error scoop a set (not the -54 set you linked) but something with a higher offset. If they dont fit you might have to eat the shipping though, The closer you stay to stock on offset the easier it will be to fit and less headache.
