just alil conntect that had the arms all ready band at that corner
now it dont seems ro do any hurm since it got the shape all ready
it tuches only when fully dumpt

i aint got pics
you know where peps cut the arm for clearens of the cyllinder and arm
so the cyllis dont tuch the arm....

Okay I think I deciphered what you were trying to say/ask :

"How bad is it if the A-Arm touches the Cylinder a little bit?. Just a little contact. I had the arms extended at the ears so now it doesn't touch as much, but still touches when fully dumped"

arms not extended
the arm tuch the cyllinder litle bit when dumped,i never did cut the arm for clearens.

now the arm got shaped by the cyllinder at this exect point where they tuch.

I would just keep a eye on it. Mine did that. and are just fine. :cool:

Ya I finnaly cut mine off and redid everything last week. But My truck layed funny .. my holes opened up a little but was no big issue. I just wanted a little tighter fit and straighter wheels. I cut my old springs too soon and my holes opened up like a whore's punanie!!!!! :angry:

We ended up using a reverse deep cup welded to the arm up side down. that way the Cylander was straight and the hole was already reinforced. No use for a donut either.. :cool:

just trim the arms a little ,no big deal.....its the best thing to do

if the arms touch the cylinder dumped or when locked up, it will eventually dent the casing of the cylinder and tear up the o rings inside of the cylinder and u wont get full extension out of them eventually. i would just notch them out

i dont think you will have anything to do with an israeli forum.
+some times i take more time to write so it ends up ok
but some times im like fuck it,if i see i was wrong i dont rewrite i just hope some one will understand after all we all talk about the same thing here.
