How do I Take my Top off a 89 Lincoln

Hey everybody. I really need to take the top off my lincoln and im having troubles. Can anybody help me out on how to take this damn thing off without fucking anything up? Pictures would be awesome too

Sorry

Im having trouble getting the trim off around the bottom edge of the Vinyl.....i guess the plastic pieces. I just dont want to break them cause ill need to put the top back on.
