theres some fairly new products out for dying stuff.I've seen some people use it on seatbelts, even though they say not to. dont know any products names though, sorry

go on here homie i use the sem products to dye plastics and vinyl pieces and carpets but not to sure bout seats give it a try sem products

SEM works really good. Just don't rush the prepping process.
