Do I need special o- rings for the ones that go inside the gear.

you need to have heart shaped orings and a bigger round ones that form into an oval. Just order the rebuild from a hydro shop. You will never find the heart shaped black and white orings at a local building supply like Lowes or so ;)
I going to open them today and tomorrow I m going to my hydraulic shop I just called them and they say they got them in stock for $15 a kit is that good for a marzzochi.

get you a 12 pack of beer and you will average about 1 beer per pumphead. You should be able to go from start to finish if the pumphead is off the block in less than 15 minutes. That is if you don't play around a see how they work :biggrin:
