not that hard if you know how to use a trim saw, a pencil, a tape measure, and a square, so long as you can cut straight lines along those pencil marks......

or if you are lazy like me, you'll use a box building program and let home depot cut the wood to size, also a 8 foot long piece of mdf fits so much nicer in my car that way.....

i wouldn't trust home depot to make your cuts...that saw they use is usually out of square.

maybe just have em cut the sheet in half and not use the cut side, lol.

thats the extent of what i let them cut, just get it in half to fit in the back of my truck.

i'm sorry, for those that have to be "technically correct" its an ford explorer, and i don't feel like folding down all the back seats to see how long of a piece of wood i can haul.

A full sheet works in an Explorer but you can't close the glass.

which is why i have them cut it down, that back window costs a lil too much for it to just bounce off the back of the truck because the road construction round here, and i didn't want to cut the piece of wood in half
