or if you are lazy like me, you'll use a box building program and let home depot cut the wood to size, also a 8 foot long piece of mdf fits so much nicer in my car that way.....

i wouldn't trust home depot to make your cuts...that saw they use is usually out of square.

maybe just have em cut the sheet in half and not use the cut side, lol.
