never leave them stock,go with an inch and that leaves you room to add or remove shims to get it where you want it
we are doing some for my caprice at a 2 inch ext. so i can have a slight bulldog stance at full lock and give a lil more lift but like bossman said use of shims will give you the fine tuning you might want so the i say extend them from 1-2 inches but no more than that or you will be riding on your whitewalls
a full 1 inch ??? im not gonna be hopping wont that give me to much camber

Naw man, 1 inch with no shims would be perfect for lay in play... ;)

1 inch is perfect, if you feel it too much when its done just shim it back im some
3/4 to 1" would be perfect just remember if you extend too far you can shim em back if you dont do em enough then your stuckwith it
1/2" is plenty, you gain alot when you ditch the factory shims on those caddies.
thanks

X2 i got a extra 1/2 inch just by removing my shims on the caprice
3/4-1" PERFECT FOR PLAYING
3/4 inch for lay and play

I've left alot of cars stock. just crank them all the way out. I dont see a point in extending a-arms on 12v or 24v setups

and 1" is too much for lay n play, this stuff is getting rediculous... 0.5" 3/4" at the most
im gonna do a half an inch that should be good enough
