Because they are crap. Its like when you go to an expensive restaurant and the burritos are smaller and ten times the price of taco bell.
Daytons are crap? :0

SO YOU ARE SAYING YOU WOULD RATHER ROLL 13X7 CHINAS THAN 13X7 DAYTONS? :0

ANYWAYS, I JUST BOUGHT A SET OF 13X7 OLD SCHOOL DAYTON 72 SPOKES. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THE WAY THE 72'S DONT LOOK OVER CROWDED WITH TOO MANY SPOKES. ;)

I GOTTA AGREE WITH THAT.
DAYTONS ARE LIKE FINE WINE, THE OLDER THE BETTER. OLDER DAYTONS ARE ALOT BETTER THAN THE NEW SHIT.
UMMM, AND ZENITHS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THE BEST. I'LL NEVER FORGET HOW FUCKING NICE MY HOMIES OLD SCHOOL ZENITHS ARE, THEY HAVE THE ZENITH LOGO LAZER ETCHED INTO THE DISH.  ;)

yeah but you are fucked if you got a 93-96 big body and want to run extended skirts. Only Daytons will fit when it comes to reverse.

The first wires I ever bought were daytons. I still have them but I have five sets of OG wires now too. I personally like the way og looks with 100 spokes and chrome rather than 88 and stainless.

I put one of my OG wires up to one of my daytons. Both 100 spoke just so I could try to tell the difference. It looked like the OG spokes were slightly thinner :dunno: Also, I had a lot of leaky spoke issues with OG wires and one had a wobble brand new out the box, the tire shop slapped on a bunch of weights and could barely balance it.
I think there is a big difference in quality control at Dayton then at any other china wire maker.
