it depends on if its an everyday driver or not too, if your making a street hopper 1.50 but if you druive it alot only 1.00. if you go more then an inch on a everyday car youll be changing tires every 2 - 4 weeks for sure.

i did 1.5 on a daily and chaged front tires 3 weeks later from new tires.

good luck'

Do you know how long tires usually last with a 1' inch extention on a daily?

I always go 1.1/2" on the cars i juice. If you go more than that there's a chance that the ball joint angle will be too critical when you land the car instead, when it's all dumped. If you're going for the total "Pitbull Stance" you need to get it belly split.

now that i went with 2", i feel the ball joints have a lot more stress, so its just UP and DOWN for me.

i dont hop my car, so i felt it would be unnecesarry to split the belly. a 1" belly split and 1" extended a arms would be good enough for a hopper.

my 1/2 pokes out a bit when dropped,,,straight up and down when locked up

your belly might have gave in a bit
another thing that gets to me is,,people that say they (and tell everone else to) extened all the their arms a full inch,,,then turn around and shim their's to 1/2

that's what i mean they don't bulldog when locked up......never really paid any attention to it when it is layed..........

i just replace the tires every summer........i only wear the front 2 out........

i can't imagine how i would go through tires with anything like 3/4 to 1 inch.......

and even 1 1/2 inch extension :0 :0 :0
