post steps to building a hopper

i wanna build a hopper but i dont want to buy a hoppin hydros kit, i had one before and the strings kept breakin

I'd be interested in any info some of the experienced builders could share too.. I've read the forums over, and have yet to really see any definitive tutorial or anything. I think it might be a great help to a lot of us.

If you're in the southwest area, go check out Lowrider Blvd. It's near Michigan & Livernois I think. The shop does lowriders, but Gary the owner used to make and seller model hoppers too. I think it's still around there somewhere. Tell him Kris sent you, he might help you out.
