i have taken long road trips to shows out of town and its perfectly fine
Do you mean road trips like 100-200 miles or larger Im wonderin how a road trip wouldbe like if I was to go from Milwaukee to Atlanta like a 16 hour trip how would that go with hydros?
the longest i went is 6 hours
do you guys have accumlators on your rides? would that make a diffrence with the way it drives on the freeway?
no accum's on my ride, and yes it would ride better with them
I got accum's on my rears but she still bounces quite a bit once you get up there on the Intertstate, thats why i was wonderin if the car could take that constant bouncing for a good out of state road trip
Yes, I have accumulators and take "road trips" every week. I drove to New Hampshire every week for about six months (about 900 miles round-trip). And now I'm driving to New York every week (about 350 miles round-trip). I've made quite a few trips to my favorite state, Florida. That's about 1,200 mile each way. I've done that twice already this year. Then there's Nashville, TN. (about 800 miles each way) and Raleigh, NC (about 375 miles each way.)
If I couldn'd drive the hell out of my car like I want to, I would have gotten rid of juice 12 years ago. :)

If you have accum's and your car is still bouncin' around, then you have some adjustments to make.
I drive mine everyday and I have taken it to Las Vegas at least 10 times a year for the last 3 years. I will take it to Lake Tahoe in February for a week. No problems.
i just took a long ass drive in my lincoln....600 mile trip...getting up into new york and ct was bumpy as fuck but overall it wasnt a bad trip....i drove as i always do at around 80 mph also...i made sure i had the car set at the right height before leaving so there wasnt any pull do to alignment also
i've been on roadtrips with the 64, ones to get to a carshow up in the north of sweden 2 days of driving...
i drive my 90 lincoln tc from seattle to reno every year and it is a long trip
i think it has a lot to do with how much you way
stop and make sure ko are tight and tires are not to hot and obey the speed limit you should be ok
I drove my truck from branson, mo, to chicago when i moved, 500 miles, 8 hours, 70+ mph, no problems
I drove my 4runner from Ohio to Tampa Florida with no problems. It was about 1200 miles. If you can build them to drive then what is the point.
I drove my regal home 250 miles, when I bought it, did nothign to it, just rife as close to stock height and youll be fine, doing about 80 mph I was, still no problems
