mostly basic tools but a welder, sometimes torches ( I'm not a big fan of torches )

dude, if you plan to add hydros to your ride, you need to have someone to do some WELDING. you probably have STRUT setup on your VOLVO, so cutting & welding is a must. i own a GEO ane this is what had to do. any Q's look up my web page for tips..........
