hey guys, i unloaded my audiobahn sub and hifonics amp for 300 dollars. Now im wondering, i have 2 amps in my car, they are connected to a battery. Can i just unplus my amp and sub, and leave those wires like that? i will tape them up, but can i leave it like that without causing problems? or no? thanks

what wires should i disconect first or does it matter?

1) cut the car off
2) pop the hood
3) pull back the sleeve that goves over your battery's positive terminal

your power-wire most likely has a crimp on ring that the bolt that tightens the clamp on your battery's positive terminal runs through

3) untighten the bolt and slip the power wire off
4) tighter terminal back
5) place sleeve back over positive
6) either cut the ring off the power wire and just crimp on an end cap (if you plan on driving around for A WHILE with out an amp connection)...or just make sure that the ring on the power wire has no chance of touching the positive of the batt (or any metal)

ORRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

1) cut the car off
2)pop the hood
3) disconnect the power wire from the battery
4) locate your in-line fuse holder (which should be with in 10 inches of your battery)
5)unscrew the screws that needs to be unscrewed to make the fuse accessible
6) remove the fuse
7) place the cover back on inline fuse
8) if you want, connect the power wire back to batt
9) your done
