I was contemplating on if I could somehow wire up a pressure switch to a valve.
My plan is to get a scuba tank. keep it flowing to my 8 1/2 gal. while I'm driving, but only let in air when the pressure drops like a regular compressor. Good/Bad let me know.

so what would be the point of doing this? just an idea to expand the air tanks capacity?

nah, just don't like dealing with compressors anymore.

could I keep the line from the scuba open flowing to the main tank without any problems? Also if I do keep the line open, will I get that hissing noise?
