Wow the air space in a 94 fleetwood, and 4-18's a great combination. You actually sound like those dumb asses in LRM that acks those questions in Sound Advice. I not trying to hate on you homie, but 4-18's in the back of a Fleetwood is gonna be a tight fit. Secondly, why would you want to put 4-18's in the back of a Fleetwood. If you are gonna spend upwards to $2000.00 at least do it for the right reason, like a SPL contest, and it you want it for that, then you should find something else to put it in. Lastly 2-12, or maybe 2-15 might be the better route for you. Just my opinion homie.

I dont do no spl......or nothing like that..........trust me it will fit, like i said before my friend got 4 18's in his roadmaster.........Its nothing more but for capping reasons........cause we all know 12's sound better, but my other friend has 8 12's and those 4 18's eating his ass up............So i gots to go with 18's............I prices some Volhenhag (spelling off) for 160 a peice for 18's and priced the Kicker comp vr (which i dont like ) for 175.00 a peice..........and some solobarics for 18's for 349.00 a peice.

The guy with the 8 12's gonna sell 4 Memphis 1000 st amps to me for 450.00 so thats what amps imma use, and will probaly go with those volhenhag subs.......

And ole boy only gonna charge me 150.00 to do the setup........and he said for me to give him 300.00 for part.....(fiberglass and neons, and other custom stuff)

Man the only reason i done did all this shit to my car is cuz he hooking me up.....

Like putting my blinkers ( from the new benz's side mirror) on my fleetwood mirros for only 30.00, everwhere else is 400.00 to cut them in , wire them up and paint them.

He charged me (25.00) to cut my rim to go in my continental kit...then make the kit custom to take a real rim, and then bolted the 5th on the bumper, and the put a pump on it and wired it up to raise and lower it from insde the car. Normally would cost you every bit of 200.00 for all of that.
Plus he doing other stuff for me, them cats on that side of town cheap ass hell, but i guess..........also he's my brothers wife lil brother.

I think the 18" XXX's (standard 2-ohm; if you want quad-coils, it'll probably cost a little extra) are $439 w/o shipping.

Yes, you can order them straight to your house. They ship via UPS Ground.

Believe it or not the XXX doesnt take a shitload of power to get loud. Yes it can handle tons and tons of power and in most cases the more power you feed it the more it will perform. Just because a sub has a high RMS rating doesnt mean it requires that much to get loud.

couple quick questions...

Does the xxx 18 fare well in a sealed enclosure? And if so, what size would be best?

Also, would a viper/directed 2500D be a good choice for an amp? If not, what would be?
