Ummm damn dude... thats a big undertaking... I would say if done with House paint... just get an orbital sander, some 80 or 180 and a big ass compressor, and go to town... No real need to wet sand.. All you need to do is get it smooth... if you do use 80 or 180 you will probably have to primer the whole thing... or you could go with 400... and shoot paint... but it would take forever to sand a BUS!
just go have it media blasted and then epoxy seal it so it doesnt rust. Then do bodywork, prime and paint. You will spend about the same amount of money in sandpaper as you would to have it blasted not to mention time.
Whatever you call it, I can sell you a brand new E&G Classic/5th Wheel Kit or replacement parts to refurbish you old one. Buckets, housings, lights, chrome bands, lids and any and all other repair parts.
