I just bought a 1996 Lincoln Towncar, Diamond anniversary, and It needs a nice set of wheels ,I was thinking of 18" Arelli Assassyns, or maybe the Arelli Ambush rims, or spokes?? 15",18" or 20", but I'm not sure what size or what kind

Below is the link to show you the exact car that I have with the same colors and everything

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...item=2430173624

this is my daily driver, with no bags or switches

I appreciate any suggestions, thanx

14" wires with whitewalls always look good or 18's with lo-pro's. Assassyns are butt-ugly in my opinion.
I'm think'n about somthin a lil different then just wire wheels, alot of people got them,
I only think 14" wires would look good if the car had bags, or switches on it, anyone agree??? What's a good brand name for some wires. Somethin nice , I'm think'n knockoffs, I really like the Deepdish look, but I hear that Deepdish Rims destroy the car?
the onlt thing they are hard on is the wheel bearings, and that is still minimal
get some kind of 20 inch giovannas...assysins dont belong on that kind of car.
Can someone tell me where to order a nice set of spokes from, chrome, I'm thinkin L.A WIRE Wheels, but not sure, the factory rims right now are 16", should I just keep the same size rims???, I think it might look good, should I get low pro tires, or just stick with some fat white walls

BOLT ON"S, OR KNOCKOFF"S??

get wires from either California Wire Wheels or Mcleans. honestly...i think 14s with whitewalls look pimp on town cars...but i also think 17s with vogues look pimp too. oh yah and get knock offs!
how much, and where from???

Are the tires that come with rims garbage??,
should I order the rims with the tires included, or buy them seprate

Maybe a good package deal, rims/ w tires
contact homeboyz aka keith on this website and he will make you a good deal. I dont kno if he sells tires with his shit...but if u go with 14s you might be goin through tires quicker because of the heavy car. I have 15 inch wires and vogues on my towncar...custom to an extent, but still practical as far as money goes. i'd always like to go with some 17 inch wires and vogues...but i already had the 15 inch wires so i just kept them.
oh yah for all chrome wires your wheels may run you around 390 shipped for 14s...somwhere around that price range. all sizes of wire wheels are fairly cheap tehse days.
how do i contact Keith, and I decided to go with 16" if possible, and go with the vogues if that would be best

what kind of rims would i need for this car "offset" is that deepdish??

you can send him a private message (PM) by sending it to homeboyz. just go up underneath the main banner and it should say ''0 new messages'' click on that and it will take you to your PM box. If u want a 16 inch size i woudl recommend you go with a standard offset, which has a slight lip...but not as deep as a deep dish. when u put deep dish on your towncar they will stick out just a tiny tiny bit...so if u had 16s in deep dish they would probably hit the fender. i dont think kieth sells vogue tires, you might have to get those from another place. iF you need vogues a good place is www.victoriatire.com
here is a pic of my car with 15's (standard offset) and vogues

here is a pic of a towncar with 14's (reverse offset AKA deep dish)

I would do a 17" wire and vogue before any 18" rim. If you like big euro-style rims i would do 20's at least because a 18 with a low pro would look too small unless you have bags. If you like face rims better than wires try a newer lincoln factory 17" chrome wheel like on the '03 towncars with a vogue.
go 14" or 13", don't go dubs or shit like that. Cause we have all seen how ugly dubs look

yah ive always wanted to get soem 17 inch wires with vogues...but my towncar is about to die i dont wanna waste anymore money on it.
if you plan on juiceing it go with 14's or 13's if you just goin to drive it some 17's and voges would look tight i miss seeing that

:uh:
damn, those Vogues look good, but damn, those are expensive as they get, $200 a tire, if I get a flat tire i'm gunna be pissed, ha. I'm really think'n about that deepdish look, I always heard not to get deepdish because they screw everything up? but I guess thats not true from what I hear

I gotta agree that dubs wouldn't look right on this car, + dubs would jack the car off of the grond a few inches, and I don't want that kinda look

and also, I want to pick up a set of those chrome fender flares, those set the car off, where can I get them
14 inch deep dish wont hurt your towncar and it will look really good....and tires should be cheap for it also. I think you can get the fenderflares at any auto customizing place or you can also try jcwhitney.com They might be available at the dealer also. peace.
