Get rid of those 10's and get some 6" or 8"

Practice make perfection, Pump, dump, timing.  Burn up a couple of motors, that is about it
i like your style of thinking fool!

how is a 10" cylinder going to hurt anything when even a 6 wont fully extend? please explain whats wrong with hopping on a 10" cylinder. yes it is too long and is a waste, but its the least of his problems.  :uh:
You have already explained that in your statement.

It is not hurting him now, but then again there is a big difference hitting switches with 10" cylinders, and 6" Cylinders, why waste the time. Get some 8" or 6 " and go from there

IS THE 10 IN FRONT NOT HITTING THE BRAKE BOOSTER AND RESIVIOR?
8'S USSUALLY GET IN TO THE HARD PLUMBING OF THE BRAKE LINES.

THAT IS THE BEST REASON TO RUN A 6" CYLINDER UP THERE.
Yeah I bet. Damn a 10"

[attachmentid=271247]the car is a 74 ltd. what size springs?why is the shorter cylinder better? just asking to learn this is my first time trying

this reason is the only one i have , your car will limit the amount of travel in the front suspention any way.you are going to need alot of spring for that car.you should ask the kc guys they like those big body fords.

oh shit thats my buddys car  when i saw it the frame was pretty strapped and the a-arms looked beefy.Throw on some 4.5 or 5 tons cause that sucker is heavy, run 8 or 6 cylinders in the front, wire up the front to around 60v to start

u wont use the whole ten inches of extension and everything you over lock it you will be puttin a shitload of stress on your suspension and chance bending a cylinder
