I was told to buy one by a freind for a problem on my 82 cadillac fleetwoodbrogham 8 cylinder with a 4.1 in it.
Any body ever do it because i need to put it in.
Where's it located in the car.
Is it pressurized?
it should be under the car on the drivers side, it is pressurized, take it off slowly to release the pressurre which should stop in a few seconds, dont put your head directly under it because i got gas in my eyes and ear by not paying attention
Unscrew the gas cap to let the pressure out of the tank. You can also pull out the fuel pump relay(probably under the hood), then start the car and it should die out within a few seconds. That'll leave ya will no pressure in the lines.
