What's up fellas' and fellettes'...

I was hoping to get some input and advise as to the best way to eliminate the textured feel and look on the trim pieces I am about to paint.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

you will have to sand it with heavy grain sand paper then work your way to a smoother paper and then prime prime away then after that you paint then you clear :0 :0
