IS 3,000 TOO MUCH?

MAY BE AQUIRING AN 84 MONTE, ITS ALL STOCK AND THE OLD GUY IS ASKIN 3700 FOR IT... IS THAT TOO MUCH?? HE IS THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND ITS NOT MINT CONDITION BUT ITS NICE AND FAIRLY CLEAN.... I KNOW THIS TOPIC IS KINDA DEAD WITH OUT PICTURES THOUGH....

Depends on overall condition. Weatherstrip, body condition (rust), engine/tranny, interior condition, etc. If you are going to have to redo everything and/or actually have to find parts from other cars to finish a build its going to cost a good amount of money and time.

thats too much - i got an 84 about six months ago for 2200.00 - interior is clean as hell and motor tranny only have 66,000 on it

i super mint unrestored example would be worth 3k to me....thats a v8 with many options...southern dry car, mint guts, shiny paint...mechanicly sound....the end result of ur custom is based on what kind f car u start out with...if u fix up a piece of shit...it will just be a painted and juiced piece of shit
