I was thinking of shooting some red kandy over red flakes instead of silver. If anyone has anything like this, post it up, would like to see it. I was planning on just a light coat of kandy instead of the extra coats to color the silver. Just curious how it would end up looking.

Yea, solid flake base. I was thinking it would blend everything together better and still pop in the sun.

It works well,it really doesn't make much difference if you're shooting red candy over it(the candy dictates what color the base flake is),silver or red flakes,it'll be close to the same color.

cool guys, they look pretty damn good to me. I am thinking it will just take a few less coats to get the color, but the flakes look to be poppin pretty good.
