The perfect Kappa's are definately labeled as one of the best bargin performing subwoofers you can buy if you dont want to drop alot of dough. They are in the same class as Memphis PR's, and Alpine R's for price and performance. Probably the most suggested speaker for people just starting out with some bump, or someone who wants reliable stuff for a good price that performs well off of low wattage (less than 1000 watts) ... very good choice.

I would take the type R over the Perfect.
