Got a Cadillac and its doing my head in. The car was running 24v in 2 banks no problem then when I put it on 48v with a single bank for both pumps it keeps popping solinoids. Its got accumax solinoids and running 3 per pump. Anyone got any ideas?

Check for a clean ground to the rack. And noids also need a clean ground; I'm assuming they're on the rack itself. Also assuming the rack is welded/bolted to the frame and not the trunk pan.
Ok cool thought that might be the prob. Yea racks are bolted to the floor pan but carpets still in. So will cut carpet under feet. Done before like this no probs just this ones being a pain haha. Cheers

Last bed rack i had to weld in for a guy was a nightmare... the trunk holes went from 3/8" to huge 4"x12" gashes... and the rear spring pocket was split in half due to the excessive pulling of the trunk floor.. (body mount bolted to the spring pocket)
