I'm ordering a new set-up for my next project, either a pro-comp kit with a square dump up front or the L.A series with the square dump,is there that big of a performance difference?(The car will be a street driven car as well)

From what i've heard competition lasts longer
So why is the L.A series more $$$$????Just go with the pro-competition then, that's what I have now,and i'm really pleased with the performance(and they were used when I bought them as well).

The LA series and make sure it is a steel block. Or just call Brent from Pitbull hydraulics in my signature and see what his price is. ;)
